Data we collect
We process the following categories of data:
- Technical data when you browse: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages requested and the date and time of access, recorded in server logs.
- Plan requests: name, email, your preferred way of being contacted (and a phone number or Telegram username if you choose that), optionally your company, profile, interests, a message and the best time to reach you, plus the campaign that brought you to the site if you allowed analytics or advertising cookies.
- Messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Billing data if you buy a subscription: billing name and address, VAT ID if you provide one, the plan, and transaction records. Card details are processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store full card numbers.

- Consent records: a random identifier, your cookie choices, the date, the policy version and a shortened IP address.
- With your consent only: analytics and advertising identifiers and the pages and events you view on our site (see below).

Advertising and retargeting (Criteo)
If you allow advertising cookies, we use the advertising technology of Criteo SA, 32 Rue Blanche, 75009 Paris, France (“Criteo”), by loading the Criteo OneTag. Criteo uses cookies and similar technologies to collect a pseudonymous identifier, device and browser information, the pages you visit on our site and events such as viewing our pricing, opening a plan or sending a plan request (plan, price and request reference). A pseudonymous identifier is personal data under the GDPR. Criteo uses it to measure our campaigns and to show you interest-based ads on other websites and apps. We and Criteo act as joint controllers for collecting this data through the tag; Criteo is independently responsible for its further processing, described in Criteo’s privacy policy at criteo.com/privacy. We do not send Criteo your name, email address, phone number, payment details or anything you type into our forms. The tag is not loaded unless you allow advertising cookies.

Analytics
We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add an analytics provider, it will only run with your consent and we will update this policy first.
Sample data
Scores, flows and prices marked “Sample data” on this site and in the demo are generated for demonstration and are not market data.
Third parties we work with
We work with the third-party companies listed below. Each receives only the data it needs for the purpose shown. Service providers act on our instructions under data processing agreements; Criteo also processes data as an independent or joint controller under its own privacy policy. Some of these companies process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area; those transfers rely on an adequacy decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data, and no third party not listed here receives your personal data from us, except professional advisers and public authorities where the law requires it.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area and the UK, for example in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on an adequacy decision (such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep data
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Plan requests and contact messages are kept on our server for up to 24 months, or longer if a contract follows and the law requires it. Billing records are kept for 6 years, as tax law requires. Consent records are kept for as long as your consent is valid and for the period needed to prove it. Analytics and advertising cookies expire after at most 13 months; your cookie choice is stored for 12 months, after which we ask again.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing is as easy as giving consent. You can also opt out of Criteo at criteo.com/privacy, use the industry tools at optout.aboutads.info, optout.networkadvertising.org and youronlinechoices.com, or block third-party cookies in your browser. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out and do not load advertising cookies. Opting out stops interest-based ads, not all advertising.
California residents
Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money, but advertising cookies used for cross-context behavioural advertising may count as “sharing”. Use “Do not sell or share my personal information” in the footer or email [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that took place before. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live or work; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
The service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS encryption for all traffic to this website, storage of requests outside the public web folder, access controls and regular software updates.
Changes
The current version of this policy is always available on this page. When we change it we update the date at the top. If a change affects what you agreed to in the cookie banner, we ask for your choice again.
