Agreement

By using the QuantPulse AI website, demo or a paid plan you agree to these terms with QuantPulse AI Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

QuantPulse AI provides analytics software and market data for information only. It is not investment advice, does not make recommendations to buy or sell any instrument, and does not execute trades.

Plans and orders

Paid plans are agreed with a QuantPulse manager after you send a plan request. Sending a request does not create any obligation to pay. A contract starts only when you confirm the plan, price and start date in writing and pay the first invoice.

Acceptable use

Do not resell or redistribute the service or its data, scrape it, reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully.

Billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the agreed price, plus any applicable taxes, and renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Price changes

We will tell you about any price change by email before it applies to your next billing period, so you can cancel first.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and models can be wrong. Demo figures are sample data. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect.
